Overview
From 2021-2023 I worked as a Content Designer for eBay’s proprietary help bot - Conversational Help. This was a brand new initiative for eBay and our team developed and tested prompts and flows for each topic domain within the eBay ecosystem.
The graphics represent content and flows that were developed and tested by the Conversational Help content team, and the bot engineering team for the US, other English-speaking countries, and some European countries..
Flow: Connect to a Buyer
This flow directs users who have some kind of query about how to contact a buyer regarding a bid or purchase.
Flow: Search
This flow directs users on how to use and refine the search tools with specific parameters.
